International Orders

• All our international orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked.
• International delivery costs £9.99.
• Delivery estimates to Europe are 3-5 working days.

Returns

We offer a 30-day refund policy on all purchases. This policy becomes effective upon the successful delivery of your order.

To initiate a refund, please contact us providing your full name, order number, and a detailed reason for the return. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within five business days.

Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
