We offer a 30-day refund policy on all purchases. This policy becomes effective upon the successful delivery of your order.

To initiate a refund, please contact us providing your full name, order number, and a detailed reason for the return. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within five business days.

Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. 

Faulty Item?

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, we apologise, please contact us with your order number with photos of the suspected issue.

Exchanges

We offer a 30-day exchange policy on all purchases. This policy becomes effective upon the successful delivery of your order.

To exchange, please contact us with your full name and order number, and state the reason for the exchange and the alternate item(s) you would like instead. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your exchange within five business days.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges on sale products and we do not reimburse shipping costs.
